Digital Products (Plugins and Software)
Due to the nature of digital products, downloads are generally non-refundable once delivered or activated.
When purchasing a digital product from MrH Pedals, you agree that:

Access to the software may be granted immediately after purchase

The right to cancel may be waived once the download or activation begins
Refunds for digital products may only be considered in limited situations, such as:

The product cannot be downloaded or accessed due to a technical error

Physical Products (Guitar Pedals and Hardware)
Faulty or Damaged Items
If a physical product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Change of Mind Returns
