Digital Products

All digital products, including audio plugins and software downloads, are delivered electronically.

After completing your purchase:

  • A download link and/or license key will be provided via email or through your customer account.

  • Delivery is typically instant, but may occasionally take a few minutes depending on payment processing.

If you do not receive your download information within a reasonable time, please contact us at baxslashtgc@gmail.com.

Digital products are not shipped physically.

Physical Product Shipping

Physical products, such as guitar pedals and related hardware, are shipped within the United Kingdom only.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within:

1–3 business days

Orders are not processed on weekends or UK public holidays.

During busy periods, processing times may occasionally be longer.
