End User License Agreement (EULA)

MrH Pedals – The Slightly Less Boring Legal Bit

Last updated: 5 March 2026

Before you dive in and start making glorious noises, we need to get one thing out of the way: this is the legal agreement between you (the talented musician/producer/genius using the plugin) and MrH Pedals (the people who made the thing).

By downloading, installing, or using this software, you agree to the terms below. If you don’t agree, please don’t install the software. No hard feelings.

1. What You’re Allowed to Do

When you buy a MrH Pedals plugin, you get a license to use it.

That means you can:

  • Install it on your own computer(s)

  • Use it in your DAW

  • Record music with it

  • Release songs commercially

  • Win Grammys with it (please thank us in the speech)

You do not own the plugin itself, only the right to use it.

2. What You Definitely Shouldn’t Do

Please don’t do the following things, because they make our lawyers sigh deeply.

You may not:

  • Upload the plugin to torrent sites

  • Share your license key with “just a few friends”

  • Sell copies of the plugin

  • Reverse engineer or crack the software

  • Pretend you wrote it

  • Put it inside another plugin and sell that

Basically: use it, make music with it, enjoy it — just don’t redistribute it.

3. License Keys and Activation

Some MrH Pedals plugins may require a license key or activation.

This key is for you.

Not your band.
Not your cousin.
Not a Discord server of 4,000 producers.

If we detect abuse of licensing systems, we may deactivate the license.

Nobody likes that outcome.

4. Compatibility

Our plugins are designed to work with common DAWs and operating systems, but the music software world is complicated and occasionally chaotic.

If your DAW, interface, operating system, MIDI toaster, or vintage synth setup explodes into incompatibility, we’ll try to help — but we cannot guarantee the plugin works everywhere.

5. Updates

From time to time we may release:

  • Bug fixes

  • Improvements

  • New features

  • Possibly even weirder knobs

Some updates will be free, some may be paid upgrades.

6. Warranty (The Honest Bit)

The software is provided “as is.”

We genuinely try to make great tools, but we can’t promise the plugin will:

  • Never crash

  • Be completely bug-free

  • Instantly improve your guitar playing

If it does improve your guitar playing, that’s purely a happy accident.

7. Liability

MrH Pedals cannot be held responsible for:

  • Lost projects

  • Lost inspiration

  • Missed deadlines

  • Creative breakthroughs that accidentally make you famous

Use the software responsibly.

8. If You Break The Rules

If you violate this agreement (for example by distributing cracked copies), your license may be terminated.

This means you must stop using the plugin and remove it from your system.

Please don’t make us do that. We’d rather spend our time making pedals.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any legal disputes will be handled there.

Final Note

Thank you for supporting independent plugin developers.

Every legitimate purchase helps us keep making new pedals, new plugins, and occasionally extremely questionable knob names.

Now go make something loud. 🎸
